Login/Registration

To use the functionality of our product and work with AI you need to be authorized, to do this follow these steps​

Step 1​

In the https://ingestai.io/ click on [Sign Up] button in the upper right corner of the page, you will be redirected to the registration form for the dashboard https://app.ingestai.io/signup

Step 2​

To register, you need to fill out 3 input forms "E-mail address", "Password" and "Password Confirmation"

Pre-condition: The E-mail address should be new for our system

Step 3​

Сheck the box to confirm your consent to the Terms & Conditions and push on the blue [Sign Up] button.

Step 4​

  • After this need confirm the new account in the E-mail which was put into the form
  • As a result, a new account is created

Step 5​

Log in to the control panel with new credentials using the “Sign In” form

You can also use your Google, Facebook or Telegram account to sign in or register.​

Step 1​

For login or registration just use the Google, Facebook or Telegram buttons with your credentials. After that, you do not need to use any confirmations in E-mail.

Forget Password (Sub menu of login/registration tab in the sidebar)

If you cannot remember your password to your personal account, it is possible to reset your password by e-mail​

Step 1​

Go to “Sign in” form and push to the link “Forget Password?“

Step 2​

In the opened form “Password recover” fill E-mail for the account and push on the [Reset Password] button

Step 3​

A successful message will appear about Password Recovery Instructions

Step 4​

There will be a new message in the E-mail with a recovery link that you need to follow. Our system will generate a new password for the account and send a new email with the new password

Step 5

With a new password, you can log into your account again
